Voting is open from now until noon on 27th September. Thank you very much for your support.

By voting, the Woodland Trust will enter you into their prize draw –with the winner receiving a £100 Sainsbury’s voucher, for you to use in any of its stores or online.

We are sure you will agree that the Big Oak is a worthy candidate. It stands majestically over 28 metres tall and is a beautiful ornamental tree which dates from the late 18th century having been planted at the same time the castle was built.
